Setup (Friday, April 4 | 2 PM - 5 PM) – Assist CWHBA staff in setting up the event site.
Welcome Station – Greet attendees, provide event information, and hand out scavenger hunts.
Merch Sales – Support staff in selling merchandise at the event and helping kids redeem their hunt for a prize.
Pit Crew – Manage attraction lines, assist with timing, and ensure safety at activity stations.
Operator (18+) – Operate heavy equipment under supervision (must be certified and meet safety requirements).
Workforce Way – Help facilitate prearranged kids' career exploration activities.
Cleanup (Sunday, April 6 | 3 PM - 6 PM) – Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.

Conviction Records – Details on misdemeanors, felonies, sentences, and probation/parole status. Pending Criminal Cases – Ongoing proceedings without a final verdict. Warrants – Active arrest warrants. Certain restrictions apply to using this information in employment decisions.

This document serves as a disclosure that the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) will perform a criminal background check on you in connection with your application for a volunteer position, as applicable under state laws. 

The background check may include, but is not limited to, criminal records checks from federal, state, and local agencies, and other public records. 

The purpose of this background check is to assess your eligibility and suitability for contact with children and vulnerable citizens. You have the right, upon written request made within a reasonable time, to request a copy of any report about you.

By proceeding with this online application, you hereby authorize CWHBA and its designated agents and representatives to conduct such a background check.
