2026 Dozer Day - Sponsor & Exhibitor

To finalize your participation in Dozer Day 2026, please complete the required steps below:

Enter as registered with the state of Washington.

Heavy Equipment Vendors – List the types of machinery you will bring (e.g., excavators, dozers, backhoes), describe how they will be used at the event (e.g., interactive (operating with riders/kids operating), demonstration (operating but view-only) stationary open (open to climb), stationary closed (view only), and specify any safety measures in place.

Workforce Way Activity/Exhibit Vendors – Provide a brief overview of your hands-on activity or demonstration, including the trade or industry focus (e.g., bricklaying, welding simulator, blueprint reading) and any interactive elements.

Food Vendors – List the menu items you plan to offer, describe your setup (e.g., food truck, concession tent), and confirm compliance with health and food safety regulations. *no power or water hookups provided!

For in-kind donations, please provide the total estimated rental value of the goods or services contributed. What would it cost to rent your equipment for the time you are providing it at our event? Sponsorship credit will be applied at 50% of the rental value (e.g., a $5,000 equipment donation qualifies for a $2,500 sponsorship package).

To participate in Dozer Day, vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following requirements:

Insurance Coverage:

  • $1,000,000 General Liability (per occurrence)
  • $1,000,000 General Aggregate

Additional Insureds:

The following must be listed as additional insureds:

  • Central Washington Home Builders Association
  • Central Washington Fair Association
  • Board of Yakima County Commissioners

Policy Requirements:

  • Primary Insurance (takes priority over any other coverage the venue may have)
  • Cross Liability (severability of interests) clause
  • 30-day notice required for policy changes or cancellation
