Join us at the "Pillars of Progress" kickoff event -- a unique initiative by the Central Washington Home Builders Association to form a Professional Women in Building (PWB) group.   This event invites women professionals and enthusiasts in the building industry to come together, share insights, and lay the groundwork for a supportive PWB group in Central Washington. 

This gathering will provide a platform to: 

  1. Discuss the vision, goals, and structure of a prospective PWB group.
  2. Share women's experiences and challenges in the building industry, fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and empowerment. 
  3. Network with peers and establish the core community for the PWB group. 
  4. Learn about the benefits and successes of PWB groups in other regions, providing inspiration and practical models to emulate.
